Once I receive your completed request, I will contact you soon. In order for me to properly screen, you must provide either your employment information or provider references. The more information you provide, the easier and faster it will be for me to verify.

Your reference must be from a reputable provider that you have seen within the last year. Be sure to include her name, email, website and contact number. Providing more than one reference is encouraged as only one may respond to my request.

I am not available for last minute engagements. Same day engagements must be booked 2hrs (GA) & 24hrs (OUT OF STATE) ahead of time. The more notice you give me, the better I can accommodate you and the more pleasant our encounter will be.
